  I have used All Pro Pumping pump out my septic on three different occasions, in 2011, 2016, and now 2021. The service in 2011 was just a pump out, the service in 2016 was a pump out and replacement of my failed effluent tank pump. In 2021, it was a service call to diagnose my yellow pump light and a pump out all three tanks again. Ray noticed the manufacture date of the diaphragms I had installed on my air pump back in 2017, removed them to check for tears, and then offered the opinion that the diaphragms were in the process of failing. He reassembled the pump and the yellow light turned off. Since I was comfortable installing pump rebuild kits myself, he advised that I order another kit, which I promptly did. The yellow light returned 24 hours later. My kit arrived and I completed the rebuild. The yellow light went off and has not returned. The next day, Shay brought the pump truck out and promptly serviced all three of our tanks. This company is prompt, courteous and provides suitable value for their service. They do not try to gouge the customer with expensive additional charges like a "backwash", which has happened to me with other local companies. I will continue to call on them, as needed.

  This was our first time using All Pro Pumping and it won't be our last! We had them come out to pump our septic system and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The two gentlemen were on time, professional, thorough, and quick. They cleaned up after, offered some advice on maintaining our septic system, and were on their way! Great job and value!

  They show up and get the job done well, but demand to have payment same day. I run several properties in the area, and usually can be billed on Net 30 for other septic & various contractors since I am not local and travel. After I told them to send me a link to pay within a day or two when I was finished traveling, these guys called me several times in one day, including the owner Susan, who was very argumentative. Then she threatened me with slander on my business reviews after I told her I would leave a review sharing this poor experience with others. It’s unfortunate I have to write this, but it was extremely unprofessional, and the threat was just over the top. I will have my lawyer respond, if need be Susan. It took me 2 days to stop traveling and sit down in my office to pay this bill. The harassment is ridiculous & short sighted by owner since I could have used them for 6+ properties.
