  The plumber came to check to see if my sump pump and battery back up (which they previously installed) were working properly. Everything took maybe 10 minutes or less. I didn’t expect to get charged at the end of the visit $199 especially as a prior customer for doing no repairs and just testing these 2 items in 10 mins. or less. I felt ripped off by this place!

  Had them come out to fix two leaky showers. They were prompt, honest and the customer service was amazing. I am very pleased with the job and will be using them in the future and highly recommend All Pro Plumbing!

  I called to set up an appointment for an estimate on a tub install and was scheduled for a usual 2-hour window. The plumber was 45 minutes late with no call to update on the tardiness. The plumber was very confident in the job and gave a fair and reasonable price for the work. We scheduled the install for a Tuesday the following week and I was told my 2-hour window but was told I’d probably be at the back end of the window. 1 hour after my window I called only to leave a message inquiring where the plumber was. I then called again 30 minutes later, as I still had not heard anything. I spoke with someone this time and was told that they had an emergency they needed to take care of and they’d still like to install the tub today and would call me back. Another 3 hours went by and I hadn’t heard back, so I called and had leave another message. The day was completely shot waiting on a plumber and calls back. This company lacks customer service and communication skills. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
