  After we had to fight with the warranty company for almost two weeks (not their fault), I called for a water heater replacement. They were able to get us on the schedule the next day and came out exactly when they said they would. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful and informative. Had it replaced quickly, and you can tell by looking at their work its a much higher level of quality than what was done before. I would highly recommend this company and intend for them to be my preferred plumbers from now on. And BTW spoke with the office several times and found Michelle to be friendly and courteous, just goes to show you people treat you as you treat them.

  Update: You can see their ridiculous customer service in their response. They're worrying about the time of when customers post about them instead of knowing how to do basic plumbing. Maybe if they spent less time writing snarky responses, and more time learning about plumbing, they would have competent folks doing work. Terrible experience from top to bottom - It is not a coincidence that so many of the 1* reviews reference their customer service. Technician came to our house - Saw a newborn within feet of him, and 1) Didn't offer to wear a mask 2) nor inform us he wasn't vaccinated. Since the owner thought being snarky was appropriate on other replies here - Let's be clear about this issue. It's not our fault they don't believe in science or education. Because we asked about vaccination and mask, 1) the technician was visibly upset, 2) misdiagnosed (that's being kind) both problems and 'claimed' one was pre-existing when it just started 2) Did zero to correct either one. When we had the company send another plumber for second opinion? Guess what! Of course, suddenly there was no pre-existing condition and it was repaired. Find an educated company instead who has the sense to communicate to a family with an infant 'Hey, by the way, I am not vaccinated and don't plan to wear a mask in here, even around the baby'. Basic customer service and common sense.

  This is the same customer as the one below who apparently has nothing better to do at 1am in the morning than to return here and trash my company again. I've already explained our covid policy, which is clearly your main concern, in my first response. As far as the service we provided, we diagnosed two issues, a shower valve upstairs and the master toilet. There was nothing wrong with the shower valve. You just didn't know how to turn it on. There was a leak behind the master toilet and since your policy with your home warranty is new it's reasonable to consider it pre-existing under the terms of your policy. We have 23 five star reviews and only 4 one star reviews. It seems the vast majority of our customers would disagree with your assessment of All-Out Plumbing.
