  Prompt response during the first freeze of the winter. Installation went smoothly and cleanup upon completion. Pricing discount for being a regular customer with easy online payment. I’m grateful for the kindness & the time to explain what happened and my options to repair/replace as well as squeezing me in ASAP to switch out the old heating system for the new one.   Tim was really great. He took a lot of time up front and after the job to explain everything. Called beforehand to let me know he was on his way which I really liked. Just seemed like he cared about helping people unlike others who do a job like they’re doing you a favor. Thanks Tim and All American. I’ll definitely be using you again!
