  My warranty company assigned All American Plumbing to me and the technician was Eric. I asked that he wear a mask when he called to say he was in his way which he had no problem doing. When he arrived, I told him that he had good Google reviews and that I was glad to get him as my technician. Eric was very professional and knowledgeable and he listened to my questions and comments and then set about problem solving and trying to figure out why I was having the problem that I had with my hot water heater. He was thorough with his problem solving and he actually discovered a leak in my pipes that was having a impact on my hot water heater. He was able to make the needed repairs and told me to watch to make sure that the issue that I was having with my hot water heater had cleared up and let the space dry . Eric is definitely a great plumber and is an asset to this company, especially when you read the reviews.

  If I could give this company lower than a one star, I would, because that's what they deserve. I hired this company through my home warranty to fix a small issue and they left things a lot worse than the original issue. Now theres sewage backed up in my sink and when I spoke with the manager, he was VERY unprofessional, VERY rude and Very disrespectful. Not only did he talk over me instead of listening to the issue that I was having, he hung up on me mid sentence. I would not recommend anyone going to these people. If I could take my time and money back from them, I most certainly would. Never again.

  I have no personal experience with this company whatsoever; however, I did recieve a few spam calls from the number listed on their Google page about an extended car warranty. They may need to get that checked out.
