  We bought our first home at the end of April and during the home inspection early March we had water back up issues. The seller had All About Drains come out and “fix” the issue. The receipt said he cleared a small amount of tree roots and ran the sewer camera after and everything looked fine. Well, it’s not fine. Once we moved in, we started to have the same issue come about. I tried calling this company at least 10x and left multiple messages for All About Drains to come back out since the receipt says there’s a 6 month guarantee and they did the work, but i am STILL unable to get ahold of anyone after 5 days. I have now had to use an outside plumbing company and pay to have the issue fixed. I will never recommend to use the company to anyone!

  We called them out for an issue with our main drain. We have to call once a year to get it cleaned out due to tree roots. Normally it is once a year but since All About Drains has came out we’ve had to call them back out twice. It has been 2 1/2 weeks since they were out and we are having the same issue. Now I am having to pay to have another company come out. On top of that every time they said they would be out at a certain time it was hours after that time they actually showed up and I had to call to get that information they never called to inform me first.

  James J gray just saw us and is a true miracle working man . sorry to his wife for him getting home late. Hes an amazing man.
