  I am posting a review because I was just blown away by the service given by one of the plumbers at Algona Plumbing & Heating - Cory. A huge thank you to my neighbor for bringing it to my attention that our air conditioning unit needed attention and cleaning. Cory from Algona Plumbing & Heating was helping with projects at her house and when they noticed our air conditioner needing cleaning (because of all the cottonwood trees around), she rang my doorbell and Cory explained the importance of checking the unit periodically and proceeded to clean it off for us. As new homeowners, this was valuable information and I couldn't be more thankful for my neighbor's kindness and consideration and for Cory's above and beyond service for this community. Thank you Cory for your help today! You did an excellent service and I appreciate your help and advice so much!

  Called to get help with a plumbing issue. Was told they are no longer taking new customers....wow...who does that? My wife and I are new to Algona and have a house with a ton of projects, yet, I cannot find any help....extremely dissappointed!!!

  sent technician out charged 100$ to clean ac unit said it was fixed not fixed. called them back to fix original problem charged 200$ still not fixed. no business sense at all. heres a tip do your job correctly the first time keep customers happy they return business for their needs. simple this business is a joke hahaha like their isnt other plumbers
