  Theodore installed our water heater. excellent service. Tracy is also knowledgeable. Top notch plumbing experts. Reasonable pricing, superb work. We have had several plumbing projects completed by Black Tie. Best in the area by far.

  Avene was sweet and understanding with all my needs. Juan & his team did my furnace and replacement. They were right on time, professional, cleaned up after themselves like they were never here :) I am honestly very pleased with the service. I have had Perri replace my water heater and that was one expensive service, compare to that. these guys are doing terrifc work and not breaking my bank at the same time. thank you!
