  Leroy was an excellent worker, putting in a hot water heater and also a sump pump, all in 3 hours. And when he left, no dust or dirt!

  I have been serviced by this company for many years they were always fair and consistent and they have worked with me through difficult situations. Even though this is a business I feel like they truly care about the customers. If and when I purchase another home of my own regardless of where that is I won't call anybody else because when they fix the problem they fix it and if they have to come back it's never for what they previously fixed. Honesty and integrity are very hard to come by these days when dealing with certain businesses. Chuck Alexander and all of the people who work for him are top-notch.

  Came home after hours to no water. Called Alexander's and the wonderful lady on the phone not only remembered my husband's name but also was able to get someone out to fix it right away. The guys were great, extremely knowledgeable and able to get us water back all within two hours! Great service, great people! Seriously recommend.
