  Alex is amazing! Even though my unit was working fine, there was something wrong and Alex kept working until he fixed the problem! He is the best! That evening he called to make sure that my house was cooling fine! Great guy, great work and great follow-up! He is the best!!!

  Alex is awesome. He didn't try to gouge me and only reommended things I really needed. He replaced a fan and I asked him if I should replace another in another unit that was the same age. He said I could but he would just wait until it failed too. No pressure to replace old units either.

  Sunday evening I called Alex and he said he would be over in an hour. My husband was at work, so Alex brought his wife over as well to make me feel more comfortable. He talked me through the whole repair process and was very polite and kind. He did a great job of fixing the problem quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!
