  Found Alert Plumbing on Google. Contacted them for a drain leak (concrete slab). Scheduling was easy. Joey came on time and I showed him my issue. He was able to investigate and determine the best way to get to the sink/drain/clean out pipes in the wall. Like a surgeon, he was able to open up a precise section of sheetrock to gain necessary access. We ran the water and with his eyes on the pipes, he was able to locate a cracked pipe fitting which was causing the drain leak. After deciding on plan of attack, he was able to provide a quote for the necessary work. Alert Plumbing's quote was very reasonable, and I was more than comfortable with Joey's demonstrated skills. Again like a surgeon, he excised with precision the triple interconnected stacked fittings and removed the whole cut section, all in one piece. We were able to inspect the cracked area clearly visible. Joey used the old section as exact reference to build mockup, and pre-glue while we went to buy a few other needed components, because of this we didn't have to wait for the glue to dry. Nice! Upon his return, he had all the needed parts to complete the repair. He did a great repair, attention to detail was outstanding. We water tested with lots of cold and hot water with multiple full sinks of water --- NO LEAK! Great job, reasonable price, skilled plumber, professional scheduling, over all I'm highly satisfied with the repair. Thanks Joey (and Alert Plumbing) for such a good experience.

  Came to do a bid and bid really high instead of telling me that he didn't want to do the project.. I have run in to this before with contractors. I have been running jobs for decades. Oh well.
