  Horrible!!! Do not use this guy. He replaced a water heater for me and got paid in full for the job. The water heater began leaking almost immediately from the relief valve. I called him and he said he would come out and check it out. This happened 3 times. He never showed up. Long story short, I called him 4 more times and left messages. Not only did he never come back to fix the water heater, he would not even return my calls. Water heater still leaking.

  After having a different heating and air company tell me that my current air conditioning was unfixable Tom came and told me it was nothing more than a bad capacitor and fixed it. Haven’t had any problems with my air condition since.
