  Scheduling an appointment was easily done with a courteous office employee. Communication was excellent with information and updates by text, email and phone calls. Joe, the plumber that did the job, was professional, friendly and thorough. Cost was reasonable and lower than comparable companies. Highly recommended.

  Highly recommended! They couldn’t be easier to work with or act more professional. We are over an hour from Albuquerque and they were able to schedule us immediately. Communication is excellent. I received a confirmation text, responded that I needed to change the appt and they did it right away on the day and time that I wanted. Then, on the day of the work, they texted a picture of the technician along with tracking so you can see how far away they are and know who to expect. The plumber was clearly very skilled and completed the work quickly, correctly and left everything clean. Why search around and wait for responses for plumbers that may or not show up. Make your life easy and hire this company!

  We had Albuquerque Plumbing and Heating come out to our house to look at some heater vents on our roof that needed repair. the Technicians that came out (Justin Ulibarri and Travis Coleman), were very knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. they did a wonderful job and we will be using them again when the need arises. we highly recommend them.
