  He was here on time to install water heater and he was in and out in a half hour. Reasonably priced. Would recommend to anybody.

  He installed pipes under my bathroom sink and then fixed the rusty shut off valve. He also connected the ice maker and water dispenser in my fridge. He was very friendly and explained everything as he went along. He cleaned up after himself and fully explained the bill. He was on time and called before he arrived. He was awesome and I would recommend him highly. Thanks for a job well done.

  Mark installed our new water heater 2 years ago and was extremely quick and helpful then. As of last night, we lost hot water and the unit didn’t appear to be working. I called Mark early this morning and he quickly diagnosed the problem over the phone AND walked me through resetting the water heater. Honest, prompt and excellent customer service! Thank you!
