  As a homebuilder, property owner, and business owner, I've tried other plumbing companies over the years. Apparently some folks don't understand what goes into pricing services. Believe me, you don't want "cheap," you want quality at a fair price--Cook delivers both. On one job, they saved me $$,$$$.$$ over what the "cheap" company wanted and did a superb job.

  They did some work for me that was an emergency. Had a faucet break off and couldn't shut off the main supply. They were there quickly. Then after that I needed some repairs done and gave them a call. They said they would be here the next day which was good. They never showed up. Called the next day and they said they were on the way. This went on for about 5 days. I finally went to the office (I live just around the corner) and talked with the head man. He told me they only do new work and no repairs. Bold faced lie. I see them in the neighborhood doing repairs. Do not trust them.

  Albert Cook Plumbing is the best in town! We had a huge sewer back up and like most homes in Midtown the pipes are OLD. They scoped the pipes, then cleaned them out and replaced the ones that had collapsed and lined others. It wasn't cheap but I never use the businesses that don't have years under their belt. Three man team working in some brutal conditions. Hats off to you Albert Cook!
