Quality system at a fair, reasonable price. Customer service from sales (Dallas) to install was top notch and professional. We were able to get scheduled for installation quickly. Installation was done by Jonathan and another technician. They took the time to explain everything patiently and thoroughly, offer options, and answer questions. They left the area as clean as when they arrived. My husband and I are very satisfied with the services provided and are happy to recommend Alamo Water Softeners to others going forward.

The installers were great. They were impressively quick. They installed a new water softener, reverse osmosis system, pressure release valve, and flushed the water heater. They didn't make a mess at all and went over everything in detail after they finished. The salesman was also great. Not only was the installation great but it was also one of the best value quotes we received!

Great company! They are professional, efficient and reasonable. My water softener broke due to high water pressure. They came in the next day and replaced it with a new one to include the salt crystals. Excellent, fast service and reasonable prices. I definitely recommend them.

I'd rate the water softener as lightly above average.  Where Alamo Water Softeners shines is there customer service.  From sales, to the scheduler, and especially the install team.  Over the years and different homes, we have had several softeners installed.  All had been a half day job usually with the water shut off.  The team from Alamo completed the install in about an hour to including adjusting my water pressure which was very low.  They then spent about 30 minutes explaining the system and how it works.  I would highly recommend then to friends and family!

We have never had an issue with our water softener but this year we did. It took 3 months and 4 or 5 different visits before our water softener was fixed. My only issue is this company is super busy and if you have a problem, you have to wait a good 2 to 3 weeks before someone can come out and address the issue. Also, not all the people they send out know how to fix the water softener correctly…which shows with all the visits we had.  Again the water softener is a good product and lasted us a good 7 years before we needed to fix an issue. So honestly it’s a good product just fair service.
