Wonderful people! They have room heaters now. Couldn't find them anywhere.

Service was ok, but the prices are too high ($15.00 for a 3mm painter's drop cloth)  Ridiculous!

Although I am not a local in Mathis, I felt right at home.  Staff is knowledgeable in building construction and material.  Also it is rare to find a small town hardware store these days, very impressed at the selection.

First time stopping in this store and I’m not at all impressed.  Inventory is extremely limited.  All I needed was a couple of 2x2s but they didn’t have them.   What home-improvement store doesn’t carry 2 x 2’s?  Disappointed! Guess I have to go to the big box store after all.

Noel Tucker, the manager, a fine feller, knows all the latest techniques, and hardware products available to the do-it- yourselfers, as well as the professional contractor/ builder.  The sales staff are extremely knowledgeable professionals, highly motivated to insure you get the correct items for whatever job you're trying to accomplish.

What a GEM, have a lake house in Mathis for the past 5 years and just found this place. OMG they have everything like the other big box stores and awesome customer service.

Very polite employees and courteous. They didn't act like they had to help you. They ask.
