  Our water heater began leaking, and Al's was recommended to us. When I called, the person who answered, Casey, was very helpful and friendly. He gave us a price quote & set up an appointment for the following day. One of the installers called to let us know when to expect them. They came at the time they said they would, and they performed the job quickly & neatly. Richard provided us a receipt, and the next day we also received an electronic copy of the receipt. Everything was done professionally, and the price was reasonable. I will certainly call Al's again if I need HVAC repair, and I recommend the company to anyone looking for water heater service. Thanks, Richard and Robert, for being so pleasant and efficient!

  Really appreciated how quickly and professionally Al’s Water Service installed my new water heater a couple days after I called. They were on time, picked up after themselves and took my old heater away. Nice guys. Highly recommend.

  We had a tankless water heater system installed, which required reconfiguring water and gas lines. The workers were on time, prepared with everything they needed, responsive to my requests, completed the job on time, cleaned-up the work area, and provided great service and a great water heating system. Highly recommend Al's Water Heaters.
