  Had to have plumbing set up for new home. Called Al's they said would do the work. I purchased city permit, then called Al's to come do work. Called daily, secretary kept saying they would be in touch. Finally after getting a little heated with secretary Al calls said they would get out there this week. Never showed, never called back. All this was over span of a month. Finally, I replaced them with Pride Plumbing on the permit and moved on. I usually do not rate businesses poorly but felt this one needed to be so that others can avoid them.

  I have used this company in past dealings and was well pleased. This time however, they came out, told me i had to replace line to street. I had to pay in advance, over $2,000. Guy said it would take 3 days for gas company to mark that line and then they would be out. It has been 7 weeks. My tenant has to go to her sister's to take showers or use the bathroom. I have called and called. Lately, they do not even answer the phone. I gave them a rating of 1 since i couldn't do a zero.

  Called in July when I needed a new line put in to divide my lot in order to sell the home on the property. At the time, I was told I would be on a waiting list. To make a long story short, I called back every two weeks for a month, spoke with the same lady each time, and we never given a time frame for when the work would be done. I was told that Al would return my phone call. I then called weekly for a month and never received a return phone call. I finally gave up since the home has now been sold and we are taking a different route. I don’t know if it’s miscommunication or what, but it was an unfortunate experience for me.
