  I called this company to look at a problem hot water heater they originally installed. They came out and looked at the hot water heater and made notes on the repairs needed. That was over 2 months ago. Haven’t heard back from them. I have called and called, their voice mail is full and I cannot leave a message. No other phone number. What kind of company does that? I understand there is a lot of building going on and therefore a lot of business for plumbers at this time, but why waste my time if you are not going to do the work. Business will not always be booming but I will always remember this business as being unreliable, unresponsive and unprofessional.

  Called about sewer smell in home. Called me back said it would be about 4 pm before he could come out. Waited never showed up or called. So I called back left message with answering service, all I wanted to know if someone was coming out. Nerver replied. What a joke this company is. These boy are nothing like their dad. Don't waste your time with these guys. Call someone else.

  I used him once before and he was prompt and did a good job repairing the leak and very professional. But when I needed him again he didn't call me back and I called him three times for plumbing problems. I guess he didn't want my business
