  They did a great job installing a Waste King garbage disposal. We had a person from another company out previously and he refused to install as he was only familiar with badgers. He was fast and did a great job. It's been months with no issues and will call them again definitively.

  Terrible customer service! I called yesterday around 8:15 in the morning and spoke with a lady about getting a new dishwasher, new sink, and garbage disposal hooked up. She said they could come out today between 8:00-12:00 and do these jobs for us. Today another lady calls at 8:00 and tells me that they are too busy to come out. I said it would have been nice to know this yesterday and she said well I was not here yesterday and I am telling you now we are too busy to come out.

  This company has been in business for almost 100 years! Very knowledgeable, hard working, and professional plumbers/employees that work for AKIN. I definitely recommend this business.
