  Fabulous from the very first phone call! I cannot convey enough positivity about the entire AirTex customer service process -- it should be the industry standard! They are communicative, thorough, clean, professional, affordable and they do EXACTLY WHAT THEY PROMISE. They did quite a bit of work at my home that was all done flawlessly and they showed me before and after pics of my attic to further explain everything that had been done. I trust them explicitly and couldn't be happier with the work. Shoutout to Rusty and Stephanie because those were the two point people who made this whole process an absolute joy!

  As a renter I wanted to make sure the system was in good working order for energy efficiency. The technician was so professional and through in the explication and detailed. Even recommended a new filter and size upgrade and explained why! Thank You!

  Came and explained what was going on with my system. Going to give me a Quote on what it will cost to have it fixed and not have anymore problems with the units. Excited to get it back up and running without problems. They came back out did the job and the heat is fixed and the working and this company will now be my new company for all my needs when it comes to heating and air in my house.
