Great experience from Gary at Airflow. He took the time to inspect the system thoroughly. He walked through the various features of my thermostat, which I was not previously aware of. I was also provided a number of tips on how to regulate the temperature in my house during each season. This type of service just shows that customer service is important to them.

Air flow did a great job servicing my AC. Nick, the technician communicated everything very well so that I (with no HVAC background) understood what needed to be replaced and what was going well. He was kind, professional, and thorough. Would recommend!

We had a good experience with our Airflow crew. They troubleshooted on the fly when it was discovered that our thermostat needed to be relocated (the wiring of the old system was very strange). When we discovered after they left that the intake vent wasn’t quite flush with the wall, I called them early the next day and it was corrected before noon! Very prompt! The cost of the work  was also much better than some of the competition. Overall very pleased!

Airflow Service Company was the most responsive heating/air conditioning company i have dealt with.  They were pleasant, professional and especially responsive, repairing  our HVAC unit without trying to sell any other service or new unit.  Gary was professional and spent time explaining the issue and its solution.  I highly recommend Airflow Service Company.

Technician Gary Cronin performed an inspection on my gas ventless fireplace. He was very professional, courteous, and informative. I would highly recommend Airflow Service Co.

Gary Cronin from AIRFLOW Service Company efficiently and effectively provided A/C preventive maintenance.  He was thorough and provided a detailed report of all the work done, the condition of parts, connections, and more as well as describe their current working order.  He fully and clearly addressed all questions.  In addition, I had scheduled the appointment a few weeks in advance for arrival on Friday, July 9 between 12 pm and 5 pm. and on Wednesday night after business hours I left a message that I had to reschedule because of an urgent need to depart from my residence by 3 pm on Friday.  AIRFLOW office staff responded early Thursday morning  and quickly identified an opportunity to adjust start time to between 9 am and 2 pm.  Gary came by at about 11:30 am on Friday and was able to complete maintenance in a relatively short time period.

I realized at 3:00 a.m. on a Friday morning before a long holiday weekend that my AC unit was not working properly.  I called around and was basically told the earliest anyone could come out would be Saturday, and the the call would require a hefty service call fee.  I called Airflow Service Company and spoke with Beth.  She was very honest and took the time to explain my options.  She called back a short while later notifying me one her technicians was in my area and could stop out.  I agreed and a gentleman named Bill showed up about 15 minutes later.  He diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot (low coolant).  He also took the time to provide me with an estimate should I chose to replace the unit in the future with a Trane (in my opinion, far superior to the six-year-old Goodman unit I currently have).  Overall, I was extremely satisfied with this company, as I have had many inferior AC calls over the past 25 years of home ownership.  Airflow was very professional, courteous and honest.  Thanks Airflow...job well done!!

Gary came out for scheduled AC  maintenance and also inspected and made minor repairs to our gas fireplace insert. He did a great job and his skill and knowledge with these systems is remarkable. He thoroughly explained everything to us and made several excellent suggestions to save energy and ensure our system runs efficiently. He was courteous and friendly and conducted himself professionally at all times. We have found this to be true with all of the AirFlow technicians who have helped us over the past few years and know we can count on them.

Been a customer of AirFlow Service for 15years.  During that time they have been a very responsive and  honest company.  Their technicians are  very professional and extremely knowledgeable.   Many thanks to Andy and, especially, Gary for keeping our systems running in tip top condition year round.  Again, if you're not an AirFlow customer you are missing out on some OUTSTANDING service.
