The technician quickly diagnosed the issue and gave good options. The service was promptly completed and competitively priced. I will use them in the future for both issue resolution and preventive maintenance.

Run! Run as fast as you can! If you want AC installed correctly, you better look elsewhere! We had our AC installed by this company and have literally had nothing but problems!! I’m so glad we decided to pay to have them install a new AC unit so that we could have to end up paying ANOTHER AC company to come fix all the problems that AirServ caused! They failed to show up to the final inspections with the county, which now I see why! They probably knew it wouldn’t pass! Lesson learned! Learn from my mistake! And by the way, I don’t live in Tennessee. I live in Bolivia, NC and this is the right company that I am leaving the review for.

I called in around 9AM on September 23rd for a service call and got one scheduled the same day. I was at work and they told me my technician would call me before he arrived and that they would prefer I be home. Around 11:30 I got a call and my technician, Brett Holden was on his way. I left work and went back home; not 10 minutes later he arrived and immediately got to work after speaking to me (any my pup) about what the issues were. He came back inside to explain the capacitor needed to be replaced and that he could do it immediately if I was okay with that. He was there for less than an hour but left quite the impression. He was extremely nice and respectful to me and my dog. I thoroughly appreciated his conscientiousness toward me, he knocked on my door every time before he entered, and he didn't try to confuse me with terminology. I am a young woman living alone and his actions continued to let me feel safe in my home even with a complete stranger right outside. I will definitely ask for him should any other problems arise with my HVAC system.
