Airco “Steven” called to say he would be arriving in about 20 minutes. He was prompt, courteous and polite. He told us of his plan of service before he started, then went to work to perform his duties. He was thorough and gave us his estimate of what was needed, which was more Freon in one of our two units. Then, after realizing his calculations were based on an incorrect factor, he recalculated and summarized we were not in need of additional service. I appreciate his honesty!

Arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue, ordered part. Part was in Tulsa, it around 1130 am. Part did not arrive same day, it should have, sub zero Temps, no heat. Next day around 1130, te h showed back up. Made repair. So, if I'd known they would not have made it back the same day I would have gone to get the Part for them . Instead I had to endure frigid Temps for 24 hours , this should not have been the experience.

Our tech, Zach, was great. Very thorough, communicated with us every step of the way. Airco is are Heat & Air Solution for our home and boat.
