  The system they put in works great - we opted for an electrical replacement unit HOWEVER - The owner was the man who came out to give us an estimate - he looked at our electrical panel which we had recently upgraded and said everything looks good, and we were told that they would do the hook ups at the units. We told him we had run 220 wire to where the AC unit was going to be - he said that will work. Once we had agreed to his price ($6500 - which I thought was a little high especially when they had to do NO ductwork - was strictly replacement, but we like to support local businesses) he asked for half deposit and would schedule us. In a few days he had a 'cancellation' and could fit us in and needed the deposit. I really got the impression that he was hurrying the job so that we wouldn't back out. Unfortunately we couldn't be there the day he scheduled to put it in, and when we came home there were boxes left, wire on the floor and debris all around the hallway where the furnace was located. I was NOT impressed. After a phone call to the owner, he apologized and said that was not how they do business. HOWEVER - that was not the worst - our electrical as is would not support the units they had installed. So we had to spend another $2500.00 to get the electrical done so that everything could be hooked up. During that time the owner called us a several times wanting to get the final payment. The only good thing about our experience with Air Pros is that they did remove the old AC unit from the roof of our home and cap the hole for nothing extra. WARNING - if you are having a replacement heat/AC - get an electrician to come out and make sure all is okay - DO NOT believe anything the owner tells you about electrical!

  I love the work they have done to my home. They are very honest in pricing/product availability. I love they always are honest about electrical work needed or not needed. I also like that they note on all of there invoices “does not include electrical”. 5 star business!!!!

  First of all this company doesn't offer any kind of free or discounted estimates. The man that answered the phones said we charge $95 an hour so you pay the $95 and get an estimate of what's wrong. Then the technician comes out and seemed nice didn't charge me since he was on our roof for less than 10 minutes, which was definitely nice of him, but he also told me that the unit on the roof was "beyond repair." He told me a new unit could be financed through a company they use but it would be about $3000 give or take depending on my choice of unit, installation, plus labor fees. So I went on search for a better option not being able to afford that at the moment. Had a guy from a Handyman service out of Albuquerque come to install a new one and turns out the old one was in fact fixable, it just needed new bearings and a pump. I understand wanting to make money but shame on this company for lying to try and make more money off of people. My family went weeks in this 90 degree weather without any kind of air besides a few fans due to them telling me it was beyond repair. I would not recommend!!
