  We’ve used Airman twice now for our new units and both times they’ve been exceptional, the owner Vince is always friendly, plus he will text you back asap to answer all your questions. His repair guys took care of the issues and did everything to try to save our old unit but unfortunately we needed a whole new A/C unit. Billy & Poncho installed it with no issues and with very professional attitudes. I will call Vince, if any other issues arise with my HVAC needs. Thanks again for the wonderful service as always!!

  My first impression of Air man Air conditioning was positive since they said they could come look at my broken air conditioner at no charge. They also went on and on about how they would never sell me anything I didn’t need and how their business is founded on integrity. When they came out I asked them to see if my unit had a leak since it seemed low on refrigerant and would not cool. They spent about 20 minutes outside and maybe 10 minutes in the attic and told me that whole air conditioning system had to be replaced, somewhere north of $12,000. I asked if they found the leak and he told me that he did and that he would show it to me once he removed the old system. I decided to look at the AC system myself later that day when I got home. The location he told me had the leak was the evaporator coil which is tucked away inside the air handler unit in the attic. The only way to look at the coil would have been to take the panels off the AC system and it was apparent that the had never been done (still sealed with original silicone and dust). Although they claim to have integrity, they will lie to your face to profit off of you. I feel bad for all the people seeing these 5 star reviews and talking to their staff thinking they are getting a good deal... I got my AC repaired for a couple hundred bucks from a competitor and have no issues. Maybe if I wanted to replace my whole AC system I would have considered their quote but I dont deal with dishonest people. Please be warned and do your research. There are a lot of AC repair people in this town that do operate with integrity and respect for their customers.

  I am pretty upset that you would speak of integrity and respect when you get on here and say these things so I would like for you and everyone else to consider what you just said about 179 of my customers and myself. First of ALL. It only took me one minute NOT 10 to determine you had a leak because I have very good leak detectors on all of my trucks. My leak detector signaled me a leak as soon as I entered your attic. This indicates a significate leak. I switched my Prowler Leak detector to a less sensitive setting to pin point the leak walked over to the unit and detector hit on evaporator coil. I placed the detector on least sensitive setting and placed the prob inside of the Evaporator coil case via the entrance port that the cooper lines pass thru, Yeap can you believe it a man with 40 years experience and the right equipment can check for a leak without opening the coil case and disturbing your seals and oh yea the dust. I told you that due to the rate of the leak I would not put any freon in the unit because it will just leak right back out. Also that I would not replace the coil because his system is obsolete. Being the man of with such a lack of integrity the only way I would touch it is to replace it. I also told you that you can call someone who doesn't care about about you or your family and they would come right out and squirt some freon in charge you and leave with the freon you just paid for leaking right back out. That's what you did. So in a few days or weeks you will not be cooling again MEANWHILE that new freon you bought is leaking right back in that evaporator coil case ane every time your heat or air comes on and blows that freon all in your house for you and your family to breath until it leaks out again and you can call back mr. integrity to charge you a couple more hundred bucks and you can start all over. It is fine that you just wanted to fix your unit BUT you didn't fix it you just made it cool temporarily. BUT me you know the guy that did not charge you a trip charge or a service call or for the leak test or labor yea me remember that guy. I have such a lack of integrity said I fix it right or not at all. Don't forget now that I looked you in the eyes and lied to you BUT what you werent there which is it ? whos a liar ?then you timed me 20 minutes outside 10 minutes inside oh yea but you didn't get home till later,HUM long distance timing or was it those high tech cameras you used to time me OH NO couldn't of been them cause if you had looked at those you would have seen me use my leak detector instead of busting your original silicone to do a leak test WHICH I AM SURE YOU WOULD HAVE WANTED ME TO PAY FOR WHEN my Dianotics did not match what you want it to be. The customer is NOT always right that's why we call an expert. And respect for my customers I have much more respect for them than you do. You know those 179 5 star reviews you insulted their intelligence but more YOUR OWN. HAPPY HUFFING !!!!!!

  These people are top notch, professional, courteous and very reasonable. Every one in this company I have met are truly dedicated to taking care of each customer like they are the only one. They replaced my ac/heating units a couple of years ago and maintain everything flawlessly. Strongly recommend! Thank you so much!
