  As usual the spectacular, professional, thorough & detailed routine service on our LENNOX A/C system has been done by a wonderful Air Commander technician HUMBERTO LOPEZ. While many have been helpful over numerous years as Air Commanders customer, Humberto was exceptionally willing to go over every phase of his service work & explain what was happening. He discovered some items needing attention (while not problems at this moment) they could have become issues if left unattended. Humberto is remarkable pleasant, neat & focused. We look forward to requesting him when available for future routine service or major emergencies - - which we would very much like to avoid! Humberto Lopez is the best. Humberto was absolutely excellent. His demeanor and attitude made my day all the better and having someone so pleasant to work with was very refreshing. My AC was fixed instantly after a long day of heat and every service I acquire, I will most definitely ask for HUMBERTO. 10/10 and 100% recommended. If I could give more than 5 stars i would. BECAUSE of HUMBERTO I will definitely do a contract with this company and ask for him specifically to be my service repair man. Thanks HUMBERTO!! :)

  Just had Umberto here for my semi annual AC tune up. What a nice man! He did a great job with everything and is a credit to the company! Have been using Air Commander for several years and always very pleased with their service!

  Your Service Technician, Humberto, just serviced our two Lennox A/C units. He arrived on time, did a very thorough and professional job. He did work no other technician has done on previous service calls. We have had annual maintenance agreements with Air Commanders since 2019 and he is the best! Please designate him as our permanent A/C technician and we'll continue to contract for annual maintenance!
