  I am really disappointed how this company conduct its business. I had issue with my furnace and I called this company. Company sent two young men to my place to check what is wrong with my furnace. They found the issue which was inducer motor. Instead fixing the problem, they took two pictures which was really bad pictures and told me that furnace need to be replaced. They became sales representative than tech. The whole time they were talking about how bad my furnace was and need to replaced. When I noticed that their intention is not fixing the problem, I let them talk and listen and act like I am interesting. They told me that sales representative will contact me to size the furnace from their company. What they didn't understand is that my background is mechanical engineering and my day job is manufacturing engineer. They did not know what they were talking about and they were dishonest, manipulating customer to sale product that they don't need. I will never bother calling them again and advice anyone not to do business with this company.

  We are sorry you feel this way. We pride ourselves on 100% customer satisfaction. When your no heat call came in that day; we were out to your house within two hours. We made you a priority even though you were a first time customer. Our technicians have been trained by accredited HVACR programs; specifically trained for this type of work. They diagnosed a broken inducer motor. They also did a full safety check as the furnace was over 15yrs old. This includes pressure test for gas leaks, CO test, visual heat exchanger, etc. When our technicians inspected the heat exchanger; they then saw that the heat exchanger was compromised and rusty and red tagged the furnace. Rust compromises the metal, and therefore the Heat Exchanger is not running to factory specifications and makes it unsafe to run. They took pictures of the heat exchanger and then showed the home owner their findings. The technicians recommend a new furnace. Replacement of the inducer motor and the heat exchanger on an older furnace is not cost efficient. They wanted to put you in contact with our sales consultant to give you a competitive price for a quality unit. We are sorry if there was confusion on this matter.   Air Comfort came out and did annual maintenance on our heater. We have been using them for years and will continue to use them! They are responsive, personable, and extremely competent. I would recommend them to anyone seeking any HVAC services.

  I have had them install a furnace in a rental as well as a central AC system in my residence. Both were done quickly and correctly. Prices were also very competitive!
