  Personable and professional. The technicians were outstanding! They answered my questions, explained everything, were very thoughtful about the cleanliness and how they presented themselves and Agentis. It was nice to see them take pride in their work. They also made recommendations based on their experience and didn't try to oversell anything. The final project was complete earlier than expected and less expensive than competitors in the area so a great value as well.

  Very pleased to see the no-charge house visit when making my appointment. Got a call day-of offering me an earlier time. While I couldn’t take that due to work, it was a nice thing to be offered. They reached out with a 30-minute heads up for the arrival time. Matt was very nice and gave his professional opinions about new water heater options. Was not expecting Agentis to be able to replace a water heater that day, but within the afternoon, all service had been completed. Hoping my house cooperates with me for years to come, but if there’s plumbing trouble again, I know who to call.

  Our water heater began leaking and broke down last Sunday. We called Agentis with the problem. A technician called back within 2 hours to get the details of our issues. The next morning, a technician arrived at the time expected. He evaluated our problem and was informative of what needed to be fixed. He was clean and thorough about replacing our 75 gallon water heater. We had running hot water that same day. Agentis Plumbing saved me and my family on a cold holiday.
