  The receptionist was nice and friendly. However the plumber did not show up. Rescheduled again and the plumber disappeared again. Had to cancel after wasting two weeks waiting to have a toilet installed.

  UNRELIABLE. Don't even bother calling them is you have an emergency. I live on the Upper East side. I called them on Saturday afternoon at 4:30 pm, they were supposed to be here in one hour. Then, I called them at 6:10, he said that they're almost here. When I called them again at 7pm, they said that they can't come cause the plumber is stuck. Don't call them - they're very unreliable!!!!!
