  THIS COMPANY INSTALLED THE PLUMBING IN OUR NEW SCALLON CONSTRUCTION. REFUSES TO FIX THE LEAK IN OUR RADON MITIGATION SYSTEM BECAUSE WE ARE "OUT OF WARRANTY" AND CLAIMS HE IS "TOO BUSY TO HELP US." DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL BACK. SIMPLY TEXTS HE DOES NOT HAVE TIME TO HELP. EXTREMLEY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE OTHER PLUMBING COMAPNY LAUGHED WHEN I EXPLAINED TO THEM WHO HAD NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED THE PIPE IN OUR ATTIC. THERFORE IT IS NOW LEAKING WATER THROUGH OUR CEILING ... ITS NOT EVEN 5 YEARS OLD!! DONT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

  I used to use this company religiously. They were prompt and came out to fix my issues quickly. Over the last two years I have called them five plus times and they have NEVER even called me back. I get that you may be busy or didn’t have time to do my small home repair job, but call me back and tell me. It’s very unprofessional to run a business and not call a customer back. I have switched to a new local company who may cost a tad more but always answers the phone.

  This is a very good company. They are on time, professional and friendly. I am a property manager and I had a toilet float that needed replacing. The technician was very knowledgeable and gave me suggestions for my other toilet issues. He didn't leave a mess and was very courteous. I would recommend this company and will use them again.
