  My hot water heater went out on Sunday. I called Affordable Plumbing Solutions the next day and the manager, Bridget, handled my call. She was so kind, and caring and understanding. My mother had just gotten into town and she is elderly and is also a heart patient. I made an appointment for the next day, but she said she would work me in if someone finished a job early. Everyone else was telling me that it would be between four and five days before they could come out and even look at it. Within a couple of hours, she told me a technician would be able to work me in. She stayed in touch with me the entire time and kept me posted and updated with times. Jeremy was my service technician and I just can't say enough about how courteous, professional, and knowledgeable he was. He quoted me the price right up front, he explained in detail the repairs he made, and he checked everything thoroughly before he left. He saved me money and time from having to buy and install a whole new water heater. They guarantee their work and I can look forward to many more years of use with my hot water heater. I have already referred Affordable Plumbing Solutions to two of my friends and it has only been 24 hours since the repairs. I told them to make sure they ask for Jeremy. I am beyond happy with this company. They are honest and trustworthy, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing repairs.

  Affordable plumbing is absolutely amazing! I had a clogged drain leading from my washer and the fixed it very quickly. They were very prompt contacting me the morning after I told my rental company about my issue. They came two days later at a time that I didn’t have to take off of work. They were able to fix my problem and I’m so happy that my washer is draining properly. I definitely recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. Matt and Summer are amazing and you can tell they enjoy their job. Amy the dispatcher is very sweet and made sure she let me know what was going on. I will definitely use them again.

  I was very surprised how organized and quick these plumbers were from affordable plumbing. I appreciated Jeremy and Lam a hard-working pair for being straightforward and providing me solutions. Was able to get my problem fixed during the free visit. I hated paying the price but I feel like I got a quick education in plumbing. Be careful about using Mr plumber. Bottom line: they know what they're doing and was reasonably priced for the fix.
