  I called this company and they were able to come out the same day. I paid $90 for them to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. I noticed that it was still leaking the next day. I called them back. They came by that day to tell me they had to fix something else for someone else and that they would be back. They never came back. I called serveral times over the next few days and never got an answer or call back. My sink still leakes.

  Extremely sorry to hear that about that. We closed for 3 days last week because I had to take my mother to St. Louis for a medical emergency but I'm sorry we lost your work order that day. Please call back this week for a free return service and to have that fixed.

  They repaired the first leak fine, but ghosted me when another leak appeared as a result of jostling the old copper fittings. They inadequately put silicone where it trapped water and damaged the drywall. I had to pay another plumber to fix both.

This is a fake profile with no other reviews or postings. Should have known from the name. I have never "ghosted" anyone. I would provide a free service to anyone not happy and would have returned for free to fix that leak.

  Great company. Hard working people that are friendly and finish the job in a timely manner. They answered all my questions and concerns and it didn't cost an arm and a leg.
