Flooded twice as bad after they left. Just some guys with a rotorooter and an old van pretty much. Only used because other plumbing in town stays really busy, but it would have saved me a couple hundred bucks to not have their service. A lot more to replace everything that flooded and having to have a reputable plumber come and actually fix the issue.

Sorry for your experience. Drains are unpredictable. You called and left a message on a Sunday saying it backed up again and we should run the camera and look for a more permanent solution and I was out of town with my family. I would have loved to take care of that. Before I got home and got the message Monday morning I received a message from you saying you hired someone else. I apologize for the inconvenience. Called at 5:19 PM. We had no hot water. Dave came out right away. He replaced both elements in my water heater. He stayed to make sure the water was getting hot because I was worried about it. Very affordable.
