  I called Scott on a Monday about frozen pipes at a rental property. Come Thursday I still had not heard from Scott. Decided to call him again as he may be very busy, even though a call back only takes a couple of seconds. He says he has someone near me finishing a job and will be over after. I tell him to call first as nobody lives there isn't anyone living there. Forward 5 hours, still no call. Check with Scott and was informed the guy was already there. He didn't call??? I ask Scott why no call? Informed Scott didn't give the tech my number. Somehow that's my fault and Scott won't work for me now... apparently no great loss. I'll find a professional.

  It was a miscommunication and admitted that I did not write the number on my plumbers schedule. I did offer to come out later in the morning on the next day. It would have been early morning but I was afraid of the snowstorm. You said that it had to be 1st thing or I was not to bother coming. Seeing I could not do 1st thing, I canceled the job at your request.

  Every plumber behind by weeks, hard to see business names when it's one or two people serving such a large area. Really should keep business local. To reply to your 2 year long wait in responding to this review, I don't need to say much. First I don't and never lived in Lincoln. Nor did I ever state you should keep your business only in Lincoln. If my memory reminds me right, your the same person that failed at fixing our leaks, charged us beyond reasonable and when your repairs failed within 24 hours, you where no where to be found. Then a few days later after getting on touch with you, you claimed you wasn't doing plumbing anymore. This was the reason for the bad review and regardless what your excuses are, you overcharged me, and then refused to do the work you was paid. So you can publicly say you try helping people but I don't even think your LLC or permitted to do work your trying to do. I'm sure you mean well, and I'm certain people are very pleased also. But you should have stood by your word and you didn't so good day!

  I guess I don't understand the review? I do my best to help as many people as I can. Lincoln is a service hub, it extends to several towns outside the area. I do my best to help as many people as I can. I will not limit my services to just people in Lincoln. And I am fully licensed and insured. And at no point did I ever tell anyone that I was not doing Plumbing anymore. You can call me and discuss this if you would like. That way I can address your concerns.

  He inspected my septic said the pump was needing to be replaced he said he would order it I asked to be notified so I could pump the tank before he came.I got a text at 630 in the morning saying he would be there today he said he would pump all the waste on the lawn😳😳 I said no I’ll try and get someone to pump it I’ll let you know when it is done. I paid for someone to come out on short notice then he told me he isn’t doing it because I called him repeatedly to inform him it was ready I wasted my time money on a unprofessional company and now have to go through this whole process again! Never use this company if you want a professionalism

  I did say I could pump out the tank if he could not get someone in time. However, I did not say on the lawn. With the advice and approval of a code Enforcement officer, I said I would pump it out on top of the leach field. He refused to do that so I canceled the job.
