  Do not use this company. They were not on time said they uncloged my drain. Next day it was backed up again. I called them back and he said he would get someone over here haven't heard from them since. $364 dollars for 15 minutes work that they never done right. 1st time I called them they were a day late. Thanks for nothing!

  The owner Jared is incredibly dishonest. They basically ripped me off for $3500 and I'm preparing to sue them. They installed part of a septic drainfield on my property without ever mentioning that a permit was required. The work he did was substandard and made my septic drainfield worse. When I confronted him about it after doing research he lied about the permit. Then he applied for the wrong permit which was cheaper and lied again about fixing the problem after which he stopped responding. I wouldn't reccomend this guy to my worst enemy.

  From time to time someone does something that surprises me. This is one I'm going to share. I'm an apartment manager and one of my tenants called me about 8:30pm to inform me sewage was backing up into his unit. I immediately called "Affordable Plumbing". A guy answers and tells me he's on an emergency call and that he would call me back in a few minutes to get the job location information. At 12:30am he still had not called back so I called back at the same number. No answer so I left a message. At 4:30am this morning I called again. The same voice I'd talked to earlier answered. I told him who I was and he acted like he didn't take the initial call or know what I was talking about. So he took down the information from me and said he'd be out here around 11:00am earlier if he can make it. I replied "If you can make it sooner that would be great, my tenants have a sewage filled bathtub and toilet and we have been waiting for a call back since 8:30pm". Up to this point the conversation between myself and this plumber was polite and cordial, but this is where it took a hard left turn. His reply to me verbatim was "You know what buddy, find someone else to do the job". I replied "I guess I'll have to" and I hung up. The conversation never had a bad slant on it at any time. It was all polite and cordial. So I was shocked when this guy out of the blue just said to get someone else to do it. So I have to say this company was very unprofessional - Rude - obviously don't care about customer relations. This is the experience I had with this company!
