  The owner was very detailed with explaining how and what needed to be done. That’s excellent service to me. Most time people just tell you what they did an you have to trust they’re truthful.

  Over priced. To replace faucet in shower they used generic supplies. I worked for plumbers in Oxford Alabama doing septic work and was told that 775.00$ was too much. They did come and fix the problem but took advantage of our situation. Do not recommend them again. In no way does this reflect the owner as I'm sure his technician lied about services performed. I will not use names.
