  Very poor service. Had a simple task of replacing a garbage disposal thru warranty service. It took them several weeks to inspect the problem. After it was decided a replacement was needed. It took over 4 months to do that. Numerous appointments were set up with Jaye never show or call. When he finally installed the "new" device it lasted less than 1.5 months (in warranty period). that was last year 2020. to this date he still has not shown up to inspect/repair the garbage disposal. The acronyms of the company is ASAP, as soon as possible. I dare not say. I may have to take legal action on this small (to the company) but large to me. I am disabled and need the garbage disposal functioning.

  Scheduled this company to go out to replace water heaters and replace some plumbing at a property. They viewed the property, quoted, then decided the quote for the plumbing leak should be much higher the second trip. My company declined the plumbing repairs, so one of the plumbers from this company told one of the tenants that the property was in bad shape and if the tenant gets rats, it came from next door. My company just bought this multifamily property, and we're trying to do what is necessary to get the property where it needs to be. This company just made it all more difficult for us. Thanks for replacing the water heaters and making the rest of it twice as much work to get done.

  Definitely recommend this guys they show up on time. Fast and accommodating!!! And the price is definitely affordable. Call them.
