Eric came to replace a thermostat that’s been acting up with a Nest that we provided. From the call to let me know he was on his way to the moment he left, he was wonderful. He stayed after installation to make sure I had the tech on my end set up and everything was operating the way I needed it to. Overall, Aero and Eric exceeded my expectations.

Very good experience with Aero so far. The woman I spoke to on the phone, Jonnie, was incredibly helpful and got us completely set up. She explained everything properly and helped us understand all of the process.

I don’t know how this company has so many 5 star reviews. Their customer service were some of the most disrespectful people I’ve ever talked to. (Kim) being one of them. I was also told that I was not able to speak to a manager. Both my fiancé and I had called in for propane and explained our tank was low and that there was a 7 month old baby in the home. It has snowed and is under 15 degrees outside and here we are almost 6 days later with no propane and an empty tank. We were told our delivery was being pushed even after stressing there was a small child in the home. Seems like this company has an excuse for every bad review they are given. Just because a person is dissatisfied does NOT mean their review is “inaccurate.”
