Terrible customer service. Overcharged us for "insect removal" but never took anything out of out furnace just poked around for five minutes then charged us 300 dollars. The thing that made me get rid of their tanks was I asked if there was a leak because we got two huge deliveries within a month that had unusually warm days(like 60 degrees) and they tried saying it was a cold year. It was not that cold. They never bothered to answer the question or ask if I wanted someone to check it out to be safe or anything. This company doesn't care about your finances or your safety

Hi Jareth, according to our records you received a delivery on 1/10 of 118.7 gallons and 163.6 gallons on 2/25. We understand that you feel that it was not a cold winter, however the high number of degree days on record that occurred in your area correlates with the amount of propane you consumed. With respect to your furnace, the initial service charges assessed were correctly applied for the furnace repair we performed. In consideration of your perspective, we reduced the charge as we have previously indicated to you. Respectfully, Aero Energy
