  Fast and friendly service. Their techs were able to check out our AC the same day I called, which is not the norm for Artesia. I definitely recommend them and will continue to call when needed.

  Terrible, my tenants are from oklahoma and didn't have a place to stay and this company put me on the back burner 3 days in a row and wouldn't call me til 4:50 10 minutes before closing time, and then want to charge me for overtime, but then reschedule it for the following day and I'm sorry after the second day of not showing up I should be at the top of your damn list
