  Kory and Randy repaired a water heater that had multiple problems. In addition, the manufacturer (AO SMITH) made it more difficult by refusing to supply a required part. So Kory had to purchase a whole new heater to scavenge the required part for installation in my heater. Above and beyond. Great work.

  This is the best plumbing service I have ever used! - They answer calls promptly and appointments have always been available when I need them - The plumbers who have come to my home have all been kind and professional - They explain what needs to be done clearly so I can understand, and they provide a quote for me to consider before work begins - I am so happy that I found this company

  Finding a broken pipe leaking in your basement on a stormy night is never a good thing. After calling 4 different places I lucked out when I called Advance quality plumbing. There was never hesitation or delay in their response to come in on late notice, on the contrary, they were understanding, professional and responsive. Dedicated to customer service, the owner after a long drive from Tahoe, came right in to address our issue so we didn't have to wait much longer. Left us feeling taken care of for the night after handling our emergency call promptly, honestly and professionally! Thank you very much to you and your team, you are locked in my contact book as a reliable plumbing company which I will call as needed and recommend without a doubt. Thank you very much for your prompt response.
