  We have had Advanced Plumbing handle a range of plumbing projects around our house over the last ten years. Always professional. On time and efficient. It's very easy to communicate with them and I always feel confident things will get handled the right way.

  We had a dripping tub faucet, a dripping bathroom sink faucet and a faucet in another bathroom that was leaking around the bottom. The cost of repairing these was $670.00. The repairman was nice enough but got there accessed each issue and told us one of the sink faucets would have to be replaced and the other he could maybe get parts for. He did say that if we wanted to buy the faucet he could come back later and install it. We were naive and said "just get something similar to what we have" and we thought we would be ok. He left and was gone for hours so we were left paying for him to run around town shopping. We wish he would have had the courtesy to tell us that we would be better off to go get our faucets and simply have him install them. So, he bought one faucet and then my husband went back out with him and my husband purchased the second faucet which cost us around $50.00. So in the end the cost to us was $670.00 for three leaky faucets. I believe it took around 5 hours to accomplish this and then he said he took off 1 1/2 hours. I read the same thing in another review (after the fact). I am sure they will say they are charging what other companies do but I can't help but think he did not have our best interests in mind. Beware of this company. Wish we would have been more cautious. Lesson learned.

We are good at listening and working through things with our customers. But how sad I had to read your concern here.   Watch the pricing here! I got charged for over 11 hours when the repairman was here from 9:15 until 6:45, and left for 3 hours in the afternoon. After a call, they took ONE hour off of the bill! Also, the price of materials was 2 to 4 times what it should have been. Very disappointed. I will not be using this company again.

  Janeen, Sorry you feel this way but our billing practices are no different than industry standard. Which was explained. Our material prices are 25% over cost, which is lower than most. Again, we apologize that we were unable to reach the resolution you were looking for.
