  Techs driving and texting swerving all over the road , truck 359. Called, they didn't care. Watch that company van when it's out on the street.... ZERO respect

  Sorry to first hear about this....I didn't see any message come in to our office pertaining to the service van driving badly. I will check into this situation.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Twice I have contacted this number and twice a extremely rude and unhelpful woman has answered. She lied and said she would have a technician call me back. Never did. The whole time she seemed bothered that I called and she had to "do her job". Second time she just straight out said there is nothing she can do ans that she cannot help with my heating issue. Never sent anyone to even see what the problem actually was. Absolute garbage. Now it's on to look for a company who deserves my money and doesn't treat potential costumers like trash. #dobetter

  Sorry for the inconvenience and bad personality of our answering service. They are just answering the phone and can not give any advice on heating or cooling issues. She can only send your message onto our service technician. I'm also sorry that this message didn't get to our service technician because we do call back immediately or soon after the message is received. Hope you do try our services again.
