Finding a trustworthy HVAC company can be stressful. We called Advanced Heating & Cooling after having ongoing issues with our furnace the last few years, but especially the last few months. Their service call tech, Ben, couldn't have been any nicer and more professional. He discovered and showed photos of the issue, and recommended a new furnace due to the age of our 1996 furnace. He carefully explained the issues. Drew on the sales team was fantastic and fit us with the right Trane furnace for our wants and budget. The install team was clean and courteous. Every single appointment they arrived early or on-time, which is impressive! Would definitely recommend if you want a professional experience and quality product installed.

I searched for weeks for a company to come up with a solution for a failing Geothermal system. I contacted a number of providers some would not consider the job others were wildly high in extra cost to change from Geothermal to electric. Drew came out and did an excellent job of assessing what we had listened to our needs and came back with a very reasonable quote. The actual technician were prompt courteous professional and in a couple of day I had a perfectly warm home. Thanks to Drew's extra attention and explanation of how best to utilize the dampers and running the system properly I don't have frozen areas and burning infernos elsewhere. I can't wait to see how this is in the summer. I will be sure to update here.

Above and beyond. Our home is 22 years old. The original furnace and AC needed to be replaced. Advanced Heating and Cooling moved the location of the AC (evaporator coil) to a location out of sight for guests and visitors. The technicians found the induction motor in the furnace supplied by Trane that was not up to their standards. They contacted Trane, obtained a replacement motor, and installed it. The team at Advanced including Drew, the technicians, and the office staff communicated the schedule very well. Their team took the time to answer all of our questions throughout the process. We highly recommend Advanced Heating and Cooling Services.
