  Advanced Energy Concepts saves the day. I have called upon them many times when something is not working correctly. They are always professional, reasonable and get the job done. Last night something was up with my hot water and I had a technician there in about 30 minutes to fix it (all after hours)....Use them you won't be disappointed...

  Excellent service from repair woman Debra. She was extremely informed about our heating system, knew right away what the problem was and quickly fixed the problem by replacing a broken motorized part that was leaking water. Also, she had the part on her service vehicle so everything was completed with one service visit. I will keep her name on file and if I ever need any services from Advanced Energy Concepts, she is the one I will ask for to do the job. She was not only well informed but pleasant, courteous, friendly and easy to talk to, which is very important when you are dealing with service people. I give her a TEN STAR rating!

  I used Advanced Energy Concepts to service my oil boiler and was very happy with how prompt they were within the service window. The technician was very pleasant and professional. The technician was clean and tidy, explained all of the services that he performed and also explained the efficiency results as well as the parts that were replaced under the routine yearly service
