  When we converted to gas from oil I had 3 companies come and give estimates. Michael, the owner of Advance Plumbing, was far and away the most informative about the process and the equipment, and their price was very competitive. Once the gas line was brought to the house, they were on the job promptly. Our house's plumbing caused there to be an issue with air in the system and they responded immediately to fix the issue. We were extremely pleased!

  I had a leak down into our basement that I was having difficulty finding. Finally discovered it came from either the dishwasher or the sink. When I removed everything from under the sink , I discovered it was definitely coming from there, everything was soaked. I called Advance Plumbing and they sent someone out within a few days (it was not an emergency). This was a couple of days before Christmas. Greg quickly discovered it was the faucet hose that was torn and leaking. I was given a few choices for repairs and chose to replace it with a faucet he had in his truck. Unfortunately the faucet he had was a little different than every other fixture in my kitchen. I needed one that was "brushed" instead of shiny silver. Greg took the time to call his office and was able to have a coworker go to Hartford to pick up a faucet that would be better suited to my kitchen. I feel he went above and beyond to get what I needed the same day, right before Christmas. The new faucet was easily replaced and works great. Greg was very professional and did a great job. Thank you so much.

  They helped with the Oil to Gas Conversion. Michael, the president of Advance Plumbing if I’m not wrong, who first came to my house and gave me the estimate was very responsive and gave me all the information I needed before making my decision to which company I wanted to used. He did explained everything about the equipment I needed and the ones on the market, the pros and cons. I didn’t received such information from the other companies I requested estimates from and that made me feel more comfortable and decided to go with them. The office lady named Nicole was very responsive to all my calls when I had questions and concerns and always greeted me with respect and a very friendly manner. The guys who came to my house and did the installation were very professional, communicative and friendly. They knew what they were doing and always gave me the right answer when I asked them. They removed all my old heating equipment such as the oil tank, furnace and eletric boiler, cleaned and organized after they finish the job. They were there on time for the inspections done by my city and gas company Eversource. I didn’t have any problems throughout the installation at all and will be using them for my needs in the future. I highly recommend them!
