  Prompt and excellent service work performed, quick and on time. No doubt will use again. Joe was excellent and kept me informed on the progress at all stages. Mike (owner) was excellent! Office (Nicole) was great work with and Even coordinated work with mdc which was a relief!

  9 degrees Fahrenheit and I've had to shut off the gas boiler AND water supply to our house because there is water pouring out of the boiler pressure relief pipe all over the basement floor. Called CNG for help only to receive an automated message that "call volume is high, wait time is over an hour, leave your number and we'll get back to you." Panic!!! Called Advance Plumbing, Tammy greeted my call on the 2nd ring. Chris was here 1.5 hours later after finishing up his previous job a little early. Chris repaired the problem AND had our heat back on in UNDER an hour!!! I could not have been happier!!!! He had everything all cleaned up and had left our home. My phone rang "this is CNG returning your call...." Thanks Chris and Tammy!!! You guys are the BEST!

  John has always been polite, professional, helpful and honest. I appreciate that he has never pressured or pushed more than what was needed and was very open sharing information. He's always been very patient in taking time to answer my questions as well, which is cool, because I always have questions. 😊
