  We had to engage Admiral for energency service on a Saturday in early February. Joy took the call and was friendly, professional, thorough in detailing option, pricing and services. The father, son crew was at my house 2 hours later. A more friendly, efficient experience I couldnt ask for. Like Joy, they gave me helpful information on things to consider moving forward. To be so helpful, friendly and efficient on a brutal cold winters day, is a strong testament to their company. I strongly endorse them.

  If I could give 4.5 stars I would have. Google only gives the choice between 4 or 5. Admiral was available when I called, I called on a Saturday and they did have emergency service that day if needed. They were the only company that had business hours listed on the weekend in the Google search. When I was ready to set an appointment they were able to schedule my appointment within two days. They called the morning of the service to let me know when the technician would get to my house. We arranged how we were going to handle payments. They were professional and explained things well. The only problem was around pricing, when I called to schedule I had said the tank was full and overflowing and that it definitely needed a filter clean. They priced by the tank size and for the filter clean. I was all set to pay the price they quoted. I was not ready for the additional charge on the day of the service. Since the filter was clogged and the system held more water there was an additional charge. I feel like I should have been alerted that there could be an additional charge(s) based on what the technician found at the house. I did confirm that the extra water situation can actually happen, I did not find that other companies charge extra. I feel like I will be better prepared to ask questions in the future when I need to have the system pumped. I am not mad or upset just wished I had been alerted that it could be different. I would recommend them in the future to others that need service.

  We had an issue with our main line from the house to our septic tank getting clogged up and backing up into the basement. Another company (starts with Roto) came out twice to snake the line out and guaranteed it was cleared. The next day each time it backed up and made a mess in our basement. I called Admiral Septic and they came out the same day. Both guys were extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were also much more well equipped to handle the issue. The issue was found using their camera (see picture), they cleared the clog, and then verified that the issue was clear afterwards. While they were here they also pumped our tank out. The price came in at $100 less than the other guys that failed twice to clear it and the price Admiral charged included pumping out the tank. I will ONLY call these guys for anything in our septic system. They are great at what they do, they care about what they do, and they provide superior service which seems to be a dying art form these days. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!
